A new modern consumer unit (fuse board) with individual RCBO protection and surge protection device, replacing your existing fuse board.
Complete replacement of all wiring throughout the property — lighting circuits, ring mains, and dedicated circuits for cooker, shower etc.
All new sockets and switches throughout, positioned to your specification. We use quality fittings including Click and similar premium brands. We discuss socket layouts with you before starting.
Mains-wired interlinked smoke alarms throughout to BS 5839-6, as required by BS 7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.
All work is notified to Building Control under Part P of the Building Regulations. This is a legal requirement for a full rewire.
You'll receive your Electrical Installation Certificate on completion — essential for selling the property and for insurance purposes.
We install the wiring and ceiling roses or downlighter drivers. Supply and fitting of decorative light fittings is typically done by the customer separately, though we can fit them if required.
Yes — we discuss your preferred finish before starting. Standard white is included; premium finishes such as brushed chrome or black are available at additional cost.
EV charger installation is not included as standard but can be added to your rewire quote. It makes sense to install the EV charger circuit at the same time as the rewire.
External sockets and lighting points can be included — just let us know when we survey the property and we'll include them in your quote.
